As part of the build team for a new pizzaria in Leeds, Climarite installed a slick and modern walk-in coldroom with the client opting for a bespoke integral system.
This increasingly popular option features in-one evaporator and condenser built directly into the unit. In this instance the integrated system provided an ideal space-saver for its location in the smaller downstairs prep area, while retaining a large capacity for this high-turnover restaurant focusing on fresh ingredients.
A Rivacold Monoblock system was selected for this job – and expertly built into a bespoke coldroom by Celltherm – and is widely regarded as a leader in high performance and energy efficiency refrigeration. Our skilled team of refrigeration engineers operated at pace to install the coldroom quickly ensuring the stringent timeframes remained on track.
This Neapolitan pizzeria chain also includes restaurants across the North West; including Liverpool and Manchester city centre, as well as Allerton, Chorlton, Didsbury and Stockton Heath.
