The role

As a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer, you’ll play an important part in delivering the high standards Climarite is known for.

You’ll work across a varied customer base, carrying out installation, servicing, planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work on commercial refrigeration systems.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment and environments, continually developing your knowledge and experience.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for ambitious, motivated engineers who want to progress.

You’ll ideally have:

·      Proven experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer

·      Relevant refrigeration/RACHP qualifications

·      F-Gas certification

·      Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

·      Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems

·      A full UK driving licence

·      A professional approach to customers and colleagues

·      The ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Experience with CO₂, ammonia and low-GWP refrigerants would be advantageous.

But qualifications and experience aren’t the whole story.

Where you’ll be based

We’re recruiting engineers across three key areas:

North West
Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas.

South Yorkshire
Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and surrounding areas.

West Midlands
Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull and surrounding areas.

Our head office is based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, but these roles are designed around our growing customer base across the regions.
