In a move to bolster internal operations and create a robust infrastructure for the next phase of growth Climarite has teamed up with Fieldmotion, specialists in business support and software.
The app-based system was selected due to its overall benefit to both company and customer. Key advantages for Climarite include: its ability to store the level of technical detail required for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, being intuitive to the user to minimise training and roll out timeframes, as well as capacity for volume to meet growth targets.
The sophisticated software utilises asset numbers (and / or QR codes) to identify equipment and recall service history. As well as producing comprehensive service reports, which can include photographic content and supervisor signatures, the portal can also store essential documents such as RAMS, design plans and user manuals. A separate customer portal can be used to share information and create maintenance reminders.
Climarite will now log and schedule all jobs via Fieldmotion, creating real-time updates for maximum efficiency and transparency with customers.
