Congratulation to our two talented apprentices, Michael (Mick) Brady and Alex Forkings, on reaching the finals of the The ACR & Heat Pump Trainee Of The Year Awards 2024.
Climarite nominated Alex and Mick for the award in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trainee category due to their ability, enthusiasm, progress as engineers and future potential in the industry.
Both Mick, from Aintree and Alex, from Southport are competent engineers with excellent on-the-job training and experience. Last year the pair began their apprenticeship at City of Liverpool College to further develop their skills and expertise, which will lead them to a level three qualification becoming fully qualified RACHP engineers. Alex and Mick’s tutors at college have commended them for being “model apprentices” with a “thirst for knowledge” and “excelling in practical tasks”.
Alex and Mick will attend the ACR Trainee of the Year Awards final on 5th December at the Leeds Marriott Hotel where they will find out if they have won either a bronze, silver or gold award.
We wish both Alex and Mick the very best of luck at the awards – they have already done themselves proud and are a credit to the company.
