Alex Forkings from Southport has started at Climarite as an apprentice engineer.
Upon completing a college plumbing course, Alex was keen to try his hand at refrigeration after speaking to an associate in the trade.
Alex is already proving himself as a valuable assistant on the install team and will continue shadowing service calls and PPM to gain vital on-the-job experience. The apprenticeship scheme will span all aspects of both commercial refrigeration and air conditioning.
Alex’s theoretical and technical skills will also be enhanced through a City & Guilds college course starting next year.
