Job vacancy: Administrative assistant role

Climarite Refrigeration is currently recruiting for an administrative assistant role in Lancashire to provide support to its back-office team.

Duties to include but not limited to: 

• Raising customer invoices and input supplier invoices
• Managing supplier statement reconciliation
• Price checking
• Sending customer statements
• Requesting credit notes   
• Ordering parts and equipment 
• Communicating with customers, suppliers and team members internally
• Experience with Xero or other accounting software preferable but not essential (training will be provided)
• Support and report into Administration Manager
• Support and report to Office/Administration Manager

Additional information about the administrative assistant role/vacancy:

• Approximately 16 hours per week (to be determined)
• 2-4 days based in the office per month required
• £12 per hour
