Apprentices ace assessments to qualify as RACHP engineers

We celebrate a major milestone for Climarite, as our first two apprentices fully qualify as RACHP engineers

A huge congratulations to Mick Brady and Alex Forkings, who have officially graduated from City of Liverpool College and are now fully qualified Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump (RACHP) Engineers.

Managing Director at Climarite, Patrick Connolly elaborates: “This is a particularly proud moment for everyone at Climarite. Mick and Alex are the first two apprentices to come through our apprenticeship programme, marking an important milestone in our commitment to developing the next generation of skilled engineers within the refrigeration and RAC industry.”

Both have worked incredibly hard throughout their training, combining their studies at City of Liverpool College with hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning projects.

From learning the fundamentals to tackling complex engineering challenges out on site, Mick and Alex have developed the technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to become fully qualified engineers.

And this is only the beginning…

Mick and Alex will continue their careers with Climarite, where they have the opportunity to build on everything they’ve learned and take their careers to the next level.

They’ve already shown that they have the drive, work ethic and ability to go a long way in this industry, and we believe both have huge potential ahead of them.

As Climarite continues to grow, so will the opportunities available to our team. We want our engineers to have genuine career progression, develop specialist skills and take on greater responsibility as they gain experience.

Mick and Alex have been with us from the beginning of our apprenticeship journey. Now they’re fully qualified engineers, we’re excited to see where that journey takes them next.

Investing in the future by training and developing our own engineers has always been important to Climarite. The refrigeration industry needs skilled people coming through, and we believe businesses have a responsibility to help create those opportunities.

Seeing our first two apprentices graduate and become fully qualified RACHP engineers is proof of what can be achieved when ambition, hard work and the right support come together.

Congratulations, Mick and Alex — you’ve earned it. We’re incredibly proud to have you as part of the Climarite team, and we’re looking forward to seeing what you achieve next.
