Climarite is experiencing continual growth in the franchise sector with a number of significant partnerships secured across the North West during the past few months.
Bargain Booze, Papa John’s Pizza, Premier Stores and Subway are amongst the recent franchises to appoint Climarite to take care of its refrigeration and air conditioning requirements.
Working across a wide variety of equipment including: multipack display cases, glass door freezer cases, walk-in chill and freezer rooms, ice machines, bottle fridges and split air conditioning systems; Climarite has the expertise to provide a full service to its franchise partners.
Climarite also reports an increasing number of clients switching to retained maintenance contracts, enabling them to receive the best possible service and value for money.
Patrick Connolly, Director at Lancashire-based Climarite says: “experience shows that the number of equipment breakdowns can be approximately halved with a basic preventative maintenance programme in place.”
With the ever-rising cost of HFC refrigerants, businesses owners are recognising the importance of maintenance procedures, such as leak testing, as part of equipment preservation and ongoing cost-management.
“For larger businesses an ongoing retained agreement often offers the best form of cover, however, a simple reminder to book in a maintenance service may suffice for smaller independent businesses. Either option will save the business owner significant time and money”, continues Connolly.
