Career opportunity: Office Manager

Climarite is expanding its team once again – this time we are looking for an office manager.

As a new role, candidates are invited to share their experience and expertise with a view of harnessing that skillset and using it to grow their own position within our rapidly growing company.

The part-time (between 10-20 hours) role offers the advantages of flexible, remote working and presents plenty of opportunity to advance their career.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Assist with invoicing and quotes
  • Manage team personnel (i.e. timesheets, pay role, recruitment)
  • Ordering parts and equipment
  • Responding to and fielding reactive service jobs

Strong candidates will have good writing and conversational skills, be organised and self-motivated, work well within a team and show initiative.

Hourly rate between £12-15 per hour – this will be based on experience and can be discussed further at interview stage.

The desirable candidate should be located within a 5 mile radius of L40 postcode – although the role is remote candidates will need to be available for regular meetings, training etc.

For further details or to submit your CV for consideration please speak to Alexandra Connolly: alex@climarite.com / 07455 946 625.
